Sales Leads and Effective Marketing Tools Are Critical to Your Success!

When searching for leads, you will normally go to Google and type in the word "leads" and hit the search button.  You will see that there are 31,900,000 references to leads for that search term.  Where do you start?  Obviously you could spend months, weeks and years researching all of these site and you would probably be more confused than you are right now. 
 
First of all, its important to understand exactly what the definition of a sales lead is.  You will find a listing called Sales lead - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.  In this site you will find a very clear definition of the word leads.  The following is a quote about the meaning of leads from Wikipedia.

"A sales lead is the identity of a person or entity potentially interested in purchasing a product or service, and represents the first stage of a sales process. The lead may have a corporation or business associated (a B2B lead) with the person(s). Sales leads come from either marketing lead generation processes such as trade shows, direct marketing, advertising, Internet marketing or from sales person prospecting activities such as cold calling.
